    Kevin Kidd is a highly motivated corporate executive, entrepreneur, technologist, and attorney with a diverse background.

    He has successfully developed and managed a rapidly growing corporate and M&A legal practice at a large Nashville law firm.

    Kevin led the growth of a healthcare payment technology platform company from ideation, through VC investment, to its final exit to Bank of America.

    He has also held pivotal roles in leading healthcare strategy for a large multi-national banking organization.

    In his recent venture, Kevin co-founded and spearheaded the product ideation and growth of AxiaMed, a private equity backed healthcare payment technology company, acquired by Bank of America in April 2021.

    Currently, at Bank of America, Kevin serves as the executive lead for healthcare industry strategy and heads the Healthcare Payment Solutions organization.

    Prior to founding AxiaMed, Kevin was an equity partner at Waller Lansden, a prominent Nashville-based law firm, where he specialized in payments, financial technology, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters.

    Kevin's expertise lies in revenue cycle technologies, payment platform technology, PayFac platforms, alternative payments, PCI compliance, and card brand compliance.

    He has extensive experience providing legal and business counsel to technology companies, financial institutions, healthcare service providers, private equity, and venture capital investors.

    Kevin's educational background includes a JD in Law from the University of Kentucky, and a BS in Economics and Finance from the University of Kentucky.

    Throughout his career, Kevin has held key positions including SVP, Executive Lead of Healthcare Strategy at Bank of America, Co-Founder and CBDO at AxiaMed, Co-Founder and President at Axia Technologies, LLC., Partner at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, and various other roles in well-known organizations.
