Kevin (Khoa) Nguyen, PhD

Kevin (Khoa) Nguyen is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in the mobile telecommunication industry. He has an extensive background as a general manager at AT&T, where he excelled in areas of strategic talent management, cost-effective operations management, and grass-roots marketing. In 2009, Kevin decided to pursue his passion for leadership development, earning a doctorate in education and leadership from Biola University. He also has an MA in Education and Leadership from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated a commitment to developing strong interpersonal skills through coaching and mentoring. He has served as an adjunct professor at several universities, including Biola University, California Baptist University, and Crown College. Additionally, Kevin has been involved in the ministry, having previously held pastoral positions at Saddleback Church and Mariners Church.

As an Executive Leadership Team member at Mariners Church, Kevin continues to develop expertise in leadership and management through a Christian worldview. He is committed to research and has published several academic papers in leadership development.
