Currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Government Procurement Law at The George Washington University Law School, Kevin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and a B.S. with dual majors in Marketing and Logistics Transportation and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.
