Kevin Joinson

Kevin Joinson is a highly accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in capability building for data science and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With over two decades of experience in roles of increasing responsibility, Kevin has a wealth of expertise in leading teams in providing business value with the latest technology to drive data-driven practices across organizations. As a Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt and WCM practitioner, he has an excellent understanding of the end-to-end supply chain from supply planning, operations to distribution, and applies data science and AI to discover improvement opportunities in big data, including Industry 4.0, digitalization, IoT, and IoE.

Kevin has held key positions across several multinational corporations such as GSK, Novartis, and Unilever, where he achieved significant results in multiple categories such as harmonization of processes, savings across pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare environments, and process cost understanding through a data science algorithm. In June 2019, he was awarded "Process Miner of the Year" at the Technical University Eindhoven, hosted by Fluxicon, for his groundbreaking work in GSK, demonstrating his outstanding skills in applying data science to classical continuous improvement methods.
