Kevin Greenleaf

Kevin Greenleaf is a technically trained computer engineer and a member of Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice, specializing in patent office proceedings, post-grant proceedings, and prosecution.

With over 100 reexams and numerous AIA trials under his belt, Kevin is noted for achieving consistently excellent results, making him one of the most experienced practitioners in his field.

His expertise extends to advising clients on portfolio management, technical analysis, and strategic counseling, particularly in areas like computer architecture, e-commerce, software, semiconductors, and microelectronic fabrication.

Kevin is actively involved in managing teams conducting IPRs and collaborates with Dentons' Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, comprised of over 100 lawyers and professionals in the US and internationally.

He has been recognized as a leader in the patent industry, being named among the 'World's Leading Patent Professionals' by Intellectual Asset Management from 2015 to 2017.

Moreover, Kevin holds key positions in prominent organizations such as the Intellectual Property Owners Association's US Patent Office Practice Committee and the American Bar Association's USPTO Affairs Committee, contributing to policy development in patent office practice and post-grant proceedings.
