Implemented new data-driven outreach plan to address customer churn by capturing key metrics (e.g., NPS) and transforming qualitative feedback into actionable items. Redesigned Sponsor User Program workflow to optimize handling of inbounds and opportunities. Helped establish a dedicated Medium Publication for the IBM Watson platform.

Managed the Visual Recognition API service that, within one year of launching, held the 2nd most monthly active users out of 12+ portfolio services. Managed multiple product feature launches for the Visual Recognition API through demo design and feedback, communications and messaging, QA testing, and go-to-market compliance. Produced thought leadership content, product-related materials, and sales enablement assets in the form of blog articles, whitepapers, videos and other collateral. Closely monitored internal metrics and market position to identify gaps and prioritize opportunities for differentiation. Worked with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to secure over 15,000 assets to drive development of new API features and enhance developer experiences.

Managed a team of 8 industry professionals and 250 volunteers to enlist over 50 speakers and performers across multiple industries, including top executives from Google, Autodesk, and Wired. Under my leadership, TEDxBerkeley doubled in capacity to 1400 annual attendees.
