Kevin Gaitho

Kevin Gaitho is dedicated to addressing the energy crisis through his various roles in the field of sustainable energy.

He pursued his education at Strathmore School and furthered his studies at Strathmore University, where he attained a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology with a focus on Information Technology & Business, earning Second Class Honours, Upper Division.

Kevin has held key positions in notable organizations, including serving as a Technical Lead at SunFunder and previously as a Solar PV Instructor at the International Training Liason at Strathmore Energy Research Centre.

His leadership skills were further evident when he held the position of Student Body President at the Association of Energy Professionals of East Africa (AEPEA) and Co-Founder at Equatorial Energies.

Additionally, Kevin Gaitho has accumulated valuable experience as a Sustainable Energy Developer and Engineering Intern at Strathmore Energy Research Centre, as well as an Engineering Intern at East African Cables.
