Owners representative responsible executing office buildouts for many incredible companies like, Bark & Co., Affirm, Change.org, and Smartly.io.  Vendors that I hire and manage on a day-to-day basis include architect, engineer, general contractor, furniture, IT, AV, security, acoustic, pantry, plant, signage, etc...

Working with client leadership and their broker, projects start with a thorough pre-lease planning process.  I create space programs, site evaluations, lease abstracts, budgets, and schedules. Throughout the lease negotiations I partner with their brokers ensure my clients best interests are protected beyond the basic economic terms of the deal.

In construction I manage the end-to-end process covering design, bidding, procurement, construction, and move-in.  Have full ownership and accountability of budget and schedule.  Direct all communication with landlord, vendors through weekly construction meetings, and weekly client updates.

Most projects are located in NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens) but that is rapidly changing.  Projects have recently taken me to OH, IL, CA, DC.
