Kevin Baker

Kevin Baker is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Tactical and Protective Security operations and training.

During his tenure as a Police Officer, Mr. Baker served in various roles including Fugitive Apprehension Officer, Crime Suppression Detective, and as part of the department's Special Response Team (SRT/SWAT) where he also served as a Tactical Instructor.

His experience extends globally as he served in the United Nations' Close Protection Unit in Kosovo, Yugoslavia, where he took on leadership roles as a Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader on the unit's Counter Assault Team.

Mr. Baker's international security experience includes being a WPPS contractor for the United States Department of State in Afghanistan, where he led the security detail for the United States Ambassador and later served on the Republic of Haiti's Presidential Detail under the WPPS program.

Additionally, he has worked in the private sector providing protective services for entities like Sony Music Corporation, National Basketball Association, Professional Golfer's Association, and undisclosed Directors/CEO's with medium to high threat profiles.

In the realm of Performance Enhancement, Mr. Baker has designed and implemented programs for military, law enforcement, firefighters, and athletes ranging from professional to youth levels through his Operational Readiness and Performance Program (ORAPP).

Mr. Baker brings a wealth of expertise as a Security Consultant at Finest Consultants, Inc. and has a background in education from North Carolina State University.

Throughout his career, he has held positions at various esteemed organizations including Alutiiq, LLC, KB Performance Training, LLC, Blackwater USA, DynCorp International, Elite Protection Inc., Fort Pierce Police Department, and Chesapeake Sheriff's Office.
