Kevin Adatto

Kevin Adatto is the Managing Director of Investment Sales at Northmarq, a role he assumed after joining the firm in 2023. He brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in investment sales across the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West. Before his tenure at Northmarq, Adatto was the Managing Partner at CPX, where he focused on sales of office, retail, and mixed-use properties. His career began at CBRE in 1999, where he was recognized as the Rookie of the Year by the Commercial Association of Realtors for his outstanding performance.

Adatto has been instrumental in closing significant transactions; his team at CPX completed 189 transactions totaling $1.2 billion over two years prior to his move to Northmarq. He is noted for his client-first approach and meticulous attention to detail, which have contributed to his success as a top investment broker.1235

He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, which he attended from 1995 to 1999.2 In his current role, Adatto leads the commercial investment team based in Portland, Oregon, and continues to enhance Northmarq's presence in the region.14
