    Ketan Kothari is a prominent figure in the field of education technology, known for his roles as an entrepreneur, executive, and investor. With over 25 years of experience, Ketan has been instrumental in the development of numerous hardware and software products utilized worldwide.

    Ketan co-founded and co-led various successful companies, including Edmodo, where he contributed to the growth of the largest community of K12 educators, students, and parents, fostering effective collaboration and communication. Edmodo was later acquired by NetDragon, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. He also served as the CEO and co-founder of AlphaSmart, Inc, which went public on NASDAQ in February 2004.

    Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Ketan made significant contributions as part of Apple's staff, playing a key role in the success of various products and services. His achievements led to being honored with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Brigham Young University in Fall 2009. Currently, he holds the position of Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco.

    Ketan pursued his education in Electrical Engineering and Business, earning a BSEE & MBA from Brigham Young University, and also attended the Cathedral & John Connon School.

    Throughout his career, Ketan has been associated with notable organizations such as Root-1, AlphaSmart Inc, and Apple, where he held roles in product marketing and served as a summer intern, contributing to his extensive professional experience and expertise.
