Ketan Kapoor is a successful entrepreneur, a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of Management, and the founder and CEO of 1TO10 Pte Ltd. He is widely known for co-founding and leading Mettl to become India's largest corporate assessment company. Mettl was acquired by Mercer in 2018 and had 400 employees exporting assessments to over 80 countries. Ketan has received numerous accolades for his achievements, such as being a recipient of the Economic Times' "40 under 40" in 2017, and being awarded the first-ever Distinguished Young Alumnus Award by IIT Roorkee in 2019.
