Kerry Knickle, LLM (ADR)

Kerry Michener Knickle is a seasoned facilitator, simulationist, and educator in the field of communication and Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes. She is well-known for her expertise in simulation methodology and experiential learning, and is the co-author of Collegial Conflict TM Workshop Series, a peer-reviewed workshop series that has been delivered both locally and internationally. Kerry's workshops cover various themes like communication skills and techniques, conflict resolution, and collegial conflict.

Kerry studied Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternate Dispute Resolution from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School. She has worked with prominent organizations like The Michener Institute of Education at UHN, Communication Matters, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and has contributed significantly to the Standardized Patient Program. Kerry's focus is to develop conflict and communication skills using inquiry, negotiation, empathy, simulation, and reflection in action.
