Kerry's expertise lies in merging business, technology, and policy to assist organizations in advancing their goals, educating various stakeholders, and positioning themselves as authorities in their respective industries.

Education wise, Kerry pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Yale University, complemented by a BS in Finance and a BA in Russian from the University of Maryland. Additionally, Kerry also studied at Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia.

Kerry's career journey includes notable roles such as Independent Consultant, Senior Vice President of Public Policy, Vice President of Public Policy & Communications, and Senior Director of Healthcare Technology Policy at various organizations. Kerry has also held positions like Senior Policy Director at West Health, Director of Healthcare at the Federal Communications Commission, and Expert Advisor to the National Broadband Task Force at the Federal Communications Commission.
