Kerrick Staley is a highly accomplished Research Scientist at Lyft with an extensive and diverse professional background. He also studied at Central Academy, Des Moines, IA. Kerrick's career began as an Extreme Blue Intern at IBM. Since then, he has held several key positions, including Senior Software Engineer, Autonomous Vehicles, Software Engineer, Backend and Software Engineer, Site Reliability at Lyft. Prior to Lyft, Kerrick held a position as a Software Engineer at Google.
Through his various roles, Kerrick has honed his expertise in computer engineering, mathematics, software development, site reliability, and autonomous vehicles. Kerrick's notable contributions to Lyft include the development of fundamental software systems and the writing of complex algorithms, which help make autonomous vehicles more efficient and reliable.
