Kerri Barton is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with 20 years of experience, deeply passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. With a focus on aligning teams, writing, collaborating, designing, and leading, Kerri has a track record of creating impactful learning experiences. As a Sales Enablement leader, Kerri specialized in empowering sales, pre-sales, and post-sales professionals through manual efforts, such as developing eLearning content, crafting training programs, and monitoring sales metrics for effectiveness. Transitioning into a new chapter, Kerri now serves as a cofounder and product leader at Skillibrium, a venture dedicated to revolutionizing interactive go-to-market platforms. In this role, Kerri is instrumental in streamlining processes, automating tasks, and enhancing team collaboration to drive efficient sales practices and superior customer outcomes. With a background in English and anthropology, having pursued both M.A. and B.A. degrees at Texas A&M University and Loyola University New Orleans respectively, Kerri brings a unique blend of skills to the table, enabling her to understand and address the complex challenges faced by GTM teams.
