Kerin Smollen is a Product and User Experience Strategist who has an extensive background in launching mobile apps and working with various organizations.

She holds an MBA from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Kerin has been involved in founding Flower and Twine and has previously held key roles at Voya Financial, Slalom, LEGO Group, ESPN, The Hartford, and WellMatch.

With a diverse career that includes positions such as Director of Experience, Experience Design Strategy Lead, Department Head, Director of Product Management, and UX Lead, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
