Dr. Keri Randolph served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) until June 2022.14 In this role, she oversaw the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives, including:
- ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) spending plan
- Navigator program
- Promising Scholars summer program
- Accelerating Scholars high-impact tutoring program24
Randolph has over 20 years of experience in public education.3 Prior to her role at MNPS, she held leadership positions in Chattanooga, including:
- Assistant Superintendent of Innovation at Hamilton County Department of Education
- Vice President of Learning at Public Education Foundation
- Lead faculty member for UTeaChattanooga program at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga1
After leaving MNPS, Randolph returned to Hamilton County to become the Executive Director of Chattanooga 2.0, an education advocacy organization.23 She holds a doctorate in education leadership from Harvard University, a master's degree in education from East Carolina University, and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Agnes Scott College.2
