    Keoni Williams, a native of Mānoa, is currently pursuing a J.D. at the William S. Richardson School of Law and is a Graduate Degree Fellow at the East-West Center. With an extensive background in public service and international relations, Keoni has held various positions including Office Manager (Chief of Staff) at the Hawai'i State Legislature and Director of the Young Leaders Program at Pacific Forum, a prestigious foreign policy think tank. He holds dual bachelor's degrees in Korean and Communications from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, where he also spent a year studying at Korea University.
