Kenton Chow

Kenton Chow is a seasoned finance executive with a track record of scaling private and public tech companies in Silicon Valley. He has worked across multiple industries, including software, e-commerce, security, big data, networking, and biotechnology. Over the years, Chow has partnered with CEOs, management teams, and board of directors to help companies achieve successful liquidity outcomes and raise more than $500 million in private and public equity and debt financings. His expertise includes IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, international strategy, financial modeling, SEC reporting and compliance, and process re-engineering. Chow has held various high-level positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Jumio Corporation, Chief Operating Officer at RetailNext, and Executive Vice President and CFO at Nominum, Inc. He also serves as a board member and advisor to several companies. Chow holds an MBA and a BS in Commerce from Santa Clara University.
