Head of Treasury Tech at Google
Kenny Tse has an extensive 15-year background in the Treasury & Payments/Tech industry with significant experience at Google, where he spent over 11 years, and Citigroup for over 3 years. Currently serving as the Head of Treasury Tech at Google, Kenny's responsibilities include managing all Treasury-related systems and technology, as well as overseeing the integration of finance systems with various financial institutions. In his previous role as an internal Treasury/Payments adviser at Google, Kenny played a pivotal role in advising on new product launches globally, offering insights on payments, cash flow structures, currencies, and legal entities, among other areas. He has collaborated closely with Product and Engineering teams on the implementation of novel payment and billing solutions for a wide range of Google products, including AdWords, AdSense, Google Cloud, YouTube, and more. Kenny has also fulfilled various key roles such as Treasury M&A Integration, Worldwide Cash Balances Reporting, Global Cash Forecasting, and Daily Cash Positioning. Prior to his tenure at Google, Kenny excelled in advising corporate treasuries on payments and cash management best practices in the Tech, Media, Telecom (TMT), and Consumer & Healthcare (C&H) sectors while at Citigroup. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Treasury Professional, having received multiple prestigious Alexander Hamilton and Adam Smith Treasury Awards.
