Kenneth Paul is a lifelong learner who has extensively studied leadership and management, governance, social cohesion, culture and the environment, and economic sustainability. He has attended various prestigious educational institutions like the Canada School of Public Service, Lougheed Leadership, Dalhousie University and Sobeys School of Business at Saint Mary's University, pursuing postgraduate courses in mathematics, Indigenous Leadership and Management Development, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
His career spans across several organizations, serving in key positions. He is a Director of Fisheries at the Assembly of First Nations, where he employs his expertise in fisheries and integrated resources. He has also held critical positions at the Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nation Chiefs Secretariat, Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq, Parks Canada, and Canadian Hydrographic Service. Kenneth is not the kind of person who believes in personal aggrandizement. Instead, he acknowledges the tremendous influence of the people he has had the privilege to learn from and work with, and he supports initiatives promoting good governance, economic sustainability, and social cohesion.
