Executive Recruiter - Engineering

•	Manage a team of recruiters focused within the IT sector in the bay area
•	Coach and mentor recruiters on sourcing techniques, recruitment strategy, and maintaining monthly/quarterly goals and metrics
•	Lead customer account planning meetings to ensure customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the year
•	Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to coordinate on-time delivery of projects, promoting client satisfaction
•	Successfully negotiated and executed new Master Service Agreements with long time target clients for the organization
•	Generate leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone and other electronic media such as social networking tools and techniques
•	Ability to create, negotiate and close flexible IT services within the financial services and government industries
•	Partner with hiring managers to determine, recommend and clarify hiring objectives
•	Assist hiring managers in the development of job descriptions and hiring initiatives
•	Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring manages
