Additionally, Legesi co-founded and served as Director for Cognative Insights, a technology company that focuses on machine learning, and as Co-Founder and General Partner at The 97Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund.
In 2017, Legesi launched Ortus Africa Capital, where he currently serves as CEO and CIO. Ortus Africa Capital is an investment firm that specializes in providing venture and private equity funding to African startups and SMEs. Legesi's interests include energy and resources, technology, fintech, transport/logistics, education, health, and agriculture.
