Ken's professional journey includes roles such as Combat Systems Officer, Fleet Training Instructor, Navigator, and First Lieutenant in the US Navy. He also served as the Main Propulsion Officer and later transitioned to the educational field as an Assistant Professor at Arizona State University. Ken's passion for education extended to tutoring mathematics at Sweetwater Union High School District. Additionally, he engaged in political activities, serving on the San Diego City Council.
