    He provides regular counsel on derivatives regulation (including Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and others), protocols, and documentation such as ISDAs, MSFTAs, futures agreements, prime brokerage agreements, and clearing arrangements.

    Furthermore, Mr. Holston guides sponsors and advisers of private funds like hedge funds and CDOs on regulatory obligations, structuring, transactional issues, and prepares organizational and disclosure documents for private securities offerings.

    Kenneth Holston holds a JD from Boston College Law School, a Ph.D. in German History from the University of Pennsylvania, and an AB in History from the University of Chicago. He has also worked at esteemed organizations such as MFS Investment Management, Ropes & Gray LLP, and Foley Hoag LLP, along with being a Visiting Assistant Professor of History at Amherst College.
