Kenny Borg

Kenneth Borg is a seasoned Founder/CEO with over 10 years of experience in operating and advising direct-to-consumer brands and startups.

He advocates for a human-centered approach to building organizations and fostering culture within them.

Having faced personal struggles to find balance and purpose as a young leader, Kenneth embarked on a journey of self-discovery that involved seeking help through therapy, yoga, meditation, books, podcasts, and eventually finding clarity and direction with the assistance of an executive coach.

His transformative experience led him to become a Certified Leadership & Transformational Coach, where he now assists CEOs, entrepreneurs, and leaders in overcoming challenges, enhancing self-awareness, making better decisions, establishing work-life balance and self-care routines, developing resilience and empathy, and living with intention.

Kenneth holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from California State University-Fresno and has studied Operations Management at the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS).

He currently serves as a Leadership + Transformational Coach at Ethr, previously held the role of CEO at MerchCamp, and was a Co-Founder at The Social Life.
