Kenneth Blomsterberg is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, focusing on the Multi-Family market in Northern California and Northern Nevada.

Throughout his career, Kenneth has successfully closed more than $1.5 Billion in Commercial Real Estate Investments, showcasing his expertise and proficiency in the field.

His outstanding achievements include receiving prestigious awards such as the Reno Summit Award for 'Investment Broker of the Year' and 'Broker of the Year Overall' in 2012, as well as being honored with the Reno Summit Award for 'Investment Broker of the Year' in 2013.

Kenneth's contributions to the industry have been recognized through nominations such as the Sacramento Investment Broker of the Year by Marcus & Millichap in multiple years spanning from 1993 to 2009 and in 2012. Additionally, he was nominated for the Humanitarian of the Year by the Association of Commercial Real Estate Brokers of Sacramento in 1996 and 1997.

An esteemed professional, Kenneth Blomsterberg has shared his expertise as a guest speaker at various Investment Seminars and holds a directorial position for Marcus & Millichap's National Multi-Housing Group. He actively serves on the Board of Directors for both the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Sacramento and Prevent Child Abuse California.

Kenneth pursued his higher education at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he studied Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Design Engineering.
