Kenneth S. Azarow, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P., is a pediatric surgeon and the Mackenzie Professor and Chair of Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).12 He also serves as the Surgeon-in-Chief at OHSU and Doernbecher Children's Hospital.58 Dr. Azarow joined the Doernbecher surgical team in 2013.12
