Kenji Narushima

Kenji Narushima is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in private equity investments in middle stream infrastructure like transportation and energy.

Currently, he holds the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at Carro, the largest used car marketplace in South East Asia, where he is spearheading digitization efforts in the traditional industry.

Kenji has a diverse background, being of Mexican and Japanese descent, which fuels his passion for bridging language, cultural, and values gaps in his work with various customers including government institutions, private owners, and startups.

His skill set includes venture investment, business development, investment banking, financing, and strategizing, enabling him to create new business opportunities and drive growth.

Kenji Narushima pursued his education at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinic and Shiba High-School, laying the foundation for his career in finance and strategy.

Prior to his current role, he served as the Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Ebara Hospital.
