Kendra Fox

Kendra Fox is a highly accomplished corporate and securities counsel with a wealth of legal experience in the technology industry. She attended Chapman University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government with minors in English and Sociology, and later studied Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Santa Clara University School of Law. After law school, Fox began her career as a litigation assistant at Lanak & Hanna before becoming a law clerk at Henshaw & Henry, PC. She then worked as a legal transaction intern in the global legal services department at Adobe before moving on to become a corporate associate at Cooley LLP. Currently, she serves as the Corporate & Securities Counsel at Shockwave Medical, Inc.
