Kenda Carlson is a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a passion for employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. With a degree in psychology and art from Lafayette College, she has an extensive background in program development, content creation, and event management. In her current role as Senior Manager of Consulting and Content Production at WeSpire, Kenda excels in managing cross-functional teams, creating relevant content, and developing metrics to evaluate performance and drive strategy. Prior to her work at WeSpire, Kenda held various positions at Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, including Associate Director of Programs and Events, Event and Program Content Manager, and Member Services Specialist. During her tenure, she successfully developed and executed programs, implemented corporate citizenship and CSR plans, and fostered positive partnerships with both clients and key external groups. Kenda's expertise also extends to marketing communications, strategic planning, and new product development and optimization. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga and previously worked as a certified yoga instructor.
