Ken Su is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in advising clients on complex cross-border deals in over 80 countries with a total value exceeding USD 200 billion.

Currently a Partner in Transaction Services at KPMG's Rapid Response Team, focusing on guiding companies through challenging times by enhancing liquidity, managing stakeholders, and restructuring businesses.

Ken's extensive transaction experience spans diverse sectors like Mining, Technology, Energy, Manufacturing, Food/Beverage, Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

Throughout his career, Ken has held key leadership roles such as Greater China Mining and Metals leader, North China Multinational Client Advisory lead, and China Business Network leader, participating in major international deals and contributing to thought leadership pieces globally.

He has assisted prominent companies worldwide including Finning, IBM, Samsung, Pfizer, GE Capital, and many others with services ranging from due diligence to post-deal integration.

Ken, a graduate of The University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, welcomes opportunities to leverage his expertise and energy to support businesses in achieving their objectives.
