    Ken Narva is a highly experienced real estate developer and consultant with over 40 years in the industry. In early 2019, Ken and his partners successfully sold SWD to HBC Holdings LP, an international real estate investor and owner focusing on the intersection of real estate and retail.

    Currently serving as the Chairman and Chief Development Officer at Streetworks Development, the real estate development division of HBC, Ken Narva has an impressive track record of successful projects. Notable developments include the $285 million Blue Back Square project in West Hartford, Connecticut; the $250 million New Roc City retail and entertainment complex in New Rochelle, New York; and the $150 million Ridgeway Center urban retail complex in Stamford, Connecticut.

    As a seasoned consultant, Ken has provided valuable insights to renowned developers such as Federal Realty Investment Trust, Starwood Capital Partners, National Realty Development, Roseland Properties, Capital Properties, Rose Associates, and Boston Properties. Additionally, he has played a key role in completing the $2 billion first phase of the District Detroit project in downtown Detroit in collaboration with the Ilitch Family.

    Ken Narva holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He was formerly the Managing Partner at Street-Works Development and continues to lead Streetworks Development's major ground-up development initiatives across North America.
