Ken Murray, the founder of Murray Tech Law, has over twenty years of experience assisting new and established companies in optimizing innovation, protecting intellectual property, and developing solid business strategies for financing.

Ken is skilled in assessing company assets, intellectual property, and operations to identify growth opportunities and financial optimizations. His expertise spans startups, mergers, acquisitions, and project turnarounds.

Through Murray Tech Law, Ken offers a unique blend of legal, technology, and business services with a focus on innovation support, technology development, brand establishment, company transformations, and turnarounds. He crafts economically beneficial intellectual property strategies in areas like patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and technology licensing.

Ken also serves as external general counsel for multiple entities, overseeing financial documents, corporate governance, contract negotiations, and personnel matters, showcasing a diverse skill set in both legal and business domains.

His technical expertise encompasses a wide array of sectors including energy systems, software, control systems, sensors, telecommunications, medical devices, biotechnology, wearables, and consumer devices. Ken has negotiated on an international level, working with clients from various regions like Europe, Saudi Arabia, and China.

He is also involved in creating career and educational resources for foster youth, Veterans, and young adults aged 18 to 25 through collaboration with the California Conservation Corps.

Ken's educational background includes a Juris Doctorate with a focus on Patents, Tax, and Intellectual Property from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and a BSME in Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Throughout his career, Ken has held various roles in different organizations, such as being the Principal at Murray Tech Law, and founding or co-founding several ventures like Transformatix Technologies, SolarMatrix, Viszual Imaging, and ClearStream Communications. His professional journey includes diverse positions in engineering, marketing, and project management across multiple industries.
