Ken Leeson

Ken Leeson is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance improvement consulting, indirect sourcing, and strategic process improvement. He holds a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy and a master's degree in Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He has worked for prominent organizations such as Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota, Andersen Corporation, Inova Health System, and GE Healthcare in various leadership roles. During his tenure at GE Healthcare, Ken served as the Global Master Lean Leader, Lean Consulting Manager, Master Black Belt, and Global Sourcing Leader, where he oversaw sourcing, procurement, and operations management functions. In addition to his executive-level experience, Ken has also served as a Peace Corps volunteer, assisting in various community development projects. He also served in the United States Air Force as the Assistant Chief of Operations Group and Chief of Management Analysis and Support Branch.
