Ken Hays is a former President and CEO of The Enterprise Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He held this position from May 2014 to September 2019, during which he played a significant role in advancing Chattanooga's reputation as a hub for innovation and smart city initiatives, particularly through projects like establishing the city as the first mid-sized municipality with gigabit-speed internet infrastructure.123

Earlier in his career, he worked in national politics, serving as Finance Director for the Democratic National Committee and Assistant Chief of Protocol at the White House/US Department of State during the Carter administration.2
