Ken Hamner is the Managing Member at The Entrepreneur Law Center, P.L., where he oversees all primary practice areas. The firm is a boutique law practice focusing on business planning, international and domestic transactions, general counsel services, tax, due diligence, and venture capital services.13 Additionally, Ken is the Managing Member of Encompass Advisory Group, providing services in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, forensic accounting, and more.1
