Ken Ghani

Ken Ghani is a seasoned recruiter with a background in agency, independent, and contract recruiting, focused primarily on engineering and technical roles but with experience in sourcing talent across various functions and levels.

For the past six years, Ken has been instrumental in building the recruiting function at Tablet Hotels, which was later acquired by Michelin. In this role, he reported directly to the Head of Technology and the CEO, showcasing his ability to work closely with top company executives.

Ken's professional journey began in agency recruiting, specifically targeting high-growth startups. Over time, he transitioned into independent and contract recruiting, expanding his expertise beyond engineering to include design, marketing, operations, and finance roles from entry-level to executive positions.

Ken Ghani holds a B.A. in Psychology from St. John's University and attended Archbishop Molloy High School during his formative years, setting a strong academic foundation for his career in recruiting.

In addition to his role at Tablet Hotels, Ken's past experiences include working as a Technical & Design Recruiter in Independent Consulting and Contract Recruiting capacities, as well as serving as an Associate at Dave Partners, LLC.
