    Ken Cheng is a seasoned professional with diverse experience as a hands-on developer, product development head, CEO, and entrepreneur. Currently, he serves as a partner at Camvard Ventures, specializing in seed-round investments in IT, AI/ML, and synthetic biology.

    Ken was a co-founder and instrumental developer in several successful US startups, with notable achievements including an IPO and two acquisitions. His ventures include TaqTik Health, Proximex (acquired by ADT North America/Tyco International/Johnson Controls International), NetIQ (now Attachmate/Micro Focus International), and EcoSystems Software (acquired by Compuware/BMC Software).

    Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Ken Cheng held positions at Fujitsu Limited, contributing to the development of award-winning products such as SystemWalker/Netwalker, AI systems for computer-aided learning, and pulse frequency modulation-based fiber optic communication hardware modules. He holds over 18 US and 30 Japanese patents.

    Ken pursued his education at Nagoya University, specializing in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Information Processing Engineering (computer science). Additionally, he studied at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies and Chulalongkorn University.
