Ken Cera is a founding partner and owner at Schwartz & Cera, a boutique law firm with offices in San Francisco and New York City. He has been practicing law since 1985 and specializes in transactional law and taxation. Mr. Cera established Schwartz & Cera's Manhattan office in 2003 and has worked extensively in industries such as venture capital, fashion, technology, and cryptocurrency. He has represented high-profile clients like General Catalyst Partners, Poloniex, Kate Spade, and others in various business transactions.1 Before founding Schwartz & Cera in 1997, he practiced at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati in Silicon Valley and Coudert Brothers.12

Ken Cera holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley (1981), and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School (1985), where he graduated cum laude.1
