Ken Brandt

Ken Brandt is an accomplished author, speaker, fitness enthusiast, and amateur New Orleans style jazz trumpeter.

Before retiring, Ken had a successful career spanning over 30 years as an independent director and management consultant, specializing in international management, information security, technology, risk, and project management.

His extensive experience primarily focused on the financial services, critical infrastructure, and government sectors, with a client portfolio that included major multinational banking, brokerage, telecommunication firms, government agencies, and utility/infrastructure companies across the U.S., Australia, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Based predominantly on Wall Street and later in Baltimore MD, Ken now resides in Melbourne, Australia, where he continues to lend his expertise to small to medium-sized enterprises as a consultant and independent director, with a strategic emphasis on growth.

Ken's impressive professional background also includes guest lectures at universities and the American Management Association, expert testimony to financial regulators, writing best practices, delivering speeches at industry events, and obtaining certifications in corporate governance, information technology, information security, and risk management.

Additionally, Ken has dedicated his time to serving on the boards of directors of various non-profit organizations, demonstrating his commitment to giving back to the community.
