Recruiting Support Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

In support of the Greater East Home Lending Division. I recruit for a multitude of roles in the Field Sales function to include Senior Home Lending Advisors, Lending Managers, Community Home Lending Advisors, Home Lending Specialists, Home Lending Assistants, as well as various other supporting roles.

Home Lending Recruiter | Consumer and Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Tracked and compiled executive level status reports using a Secret Internet Protocol Routing Network (SIPRNET) system via Secret Security Clearance. Briefs the status monthly to the Army Recruiting CEO (Commanding General) on policy changes and other topics concerning personnel management, training, equipment readiness, and supply, provide feedback, advise recommendations and training on the report’s results to senior leadership throughout the command.
* Facilitated training to emphasize and enforced resiliency training ensuring all Soldiers within the division improved resiliency, enhanced quality of life, and decreased stress and anxiety.
* Recognized by the Installation’s senior management and selected over every qualified management employee to serve as the Installation Safety Mentor, recognized with an impact award for organizing and facilitating an installation and community-wide event to train and inform participants on safety. 
* Published and tracked over 400 Tasking Orders disseminated over 6 Recruiting Brigades across the United States.
* Assisted in the quality control and approval process for all training conference requests by 43 Recruiting Battalions. Offered advice, researched proposals, negotiated contracting with training facilities, and briefed senior leadership prior to approval.
* Selected to assist the division with transitioning business solutions over to Google through creation of multiple sites, pages, and communities.
* Achieved Army Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification after completing a 14 month long project to improve the process of reporting the Commanders Unit Status Report involving stakeholders in Brigade Headquarters housed in various parts of the United States and overseas locations.

RECRUITING SUPPORT ANALYST - (Recruiting Operations Manager - Corporate/Executive Level Global)

* Managed a team of training specialists who evaluated, tracked, and provided training to approximately 400 recruiters of multiple skills levels enhancing mission success.
* Designed and facilitated 15 successful training conferences and team building events while maintaining the authorized $100 thousand budget for each event. 
* Implemented new tracking systems to manage resiliency training, equal opportunity training, and career enhancing education courses for the command.
* Awarded with an impact award for accomplishments as a Master trainer.
* Prepared 147 NCOs for professional development courses which resulted in 100% graduation rate and 15 Soldiers being selected as distinguished honor graduates over a 3 year period.
* Provided outstanding training over 882 Soldiers over a 3 year period through a highly effective training program which resulted in laudatory comments during last IG inspection.
* Designed and developed an innovative tracking system to manage resiliency training, equal opportunity training, and career enhancing education courses for skill levels beginner through expert for over 400 Recruiters.

RECRUITER TRAINER - (Recruiter Master Trainer - Global Corporate Trainer)

* Fostered the development and growth of 7 senior managers (NCOs) serving as corporate (Army) recruiters, while covering a 36,000 square mile region in Northern Arizona, and was promoted and awarded with every recruiting award for excellence for improving the Center's total contract objective for the 3 years assigned to the organization by 61% combined.
* Exceeded the organization's goal of 200 enlistment contracts through the training and mentoring of all assigned recruiters.
* Implemented station training resulting in zero common task training failures and passed 100% of  Future Soldiers (New Recruits) on their pre-basic training physical fitness tests.
* Expert training reduced ineffective recruiters by 50% during rated period, additionally resulting in 5 of 7 recruiters achieving the highest recruiting award for excellence.
* Achieved and maintained a 98% applicant processing efficiency rate; exceeded the command standard of 80% and resulting in several awards from both Battalion and then Brigade level leadership.
* Implemented a station level recruiter training plan which directly resulted in a 47% increase in quality enlistments over 1st QTR, FY 09.
* Instrumental instructor for company training; developed TTPs that enhanced the company’s processing efficiency rate by 10%.
* Developed a community networking plan for the recruiting center that aided in the recruiting center being recognized by several high visibility businesses and leaders within the community.
* Evaluated recruiters' planning strategy, market penetration plans, prospecting  efforts, interviewing techniques.
* Conducted daily performance reviews and counseling, production meetings, and performed station briefings.

RECRUITING MANAGER - (Recruiting Center Commander - Recruiting Regional Manager)

* Recruited qualified personnel for entry into the Army, from entry level positions through executive level positions, in accordance with applicable regulations, supervised recruiting and recruiting support activities. 
* Personally sourced, interviewed, counseled and qualified well over 100 applicants for enlistment.
* Distributed and displayed recruiting publicity material. Identified and cultivated community centers of influence. Explained benefits. Prepared enlistment forms and documents. Arranged for transportation, meals, and lodging for applicants where required. Assisted in market research and analysis and made appropriate recommendations to the chain of command.
* Awarded every Army Recruiting Award for Excellence for recruiting efforts during assignment as an Army Recruiter. In addition was awarded several awards from civilian agencies for recruiting excellence and networking partnerships in the community.
* Excellent training of Future Soldiers (New Recruits) resulted in a 100% ship rate to basic training, the highest in the station. Additionally, applicants who were trained prior to basic training exceeded training standards affording several the opportunity at selection to more physically demanding military training courses such as Airborne and Ranger school.
* Performed analysis of assigned recruiting zone.
