Kelvin Zin

Kelvin Zin is currently the Executive Director of the Urban & Green Technology Office (UGTO) at ASTAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore.1 He is responsible for ASTAR's overall Sustainability R&D strategy, working with the research community, industry, and government agencies to identify, assess, and invest in new technologies to help pivot Singapore towards a more environmentally sustainable future.1
