Kelsey Yates

Kelsey Yates is an International Consultant with a strong background in renewable energy technology and technical due diligence, particularly in solar energy production assessments.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Energy Engineering from Penn State University, with minors in Environmental Engineering, Energy, Business, and Finance, achieving an impressive GPA of 3.66 out of 4.00.

Kelsey has held various roles in different organizations, including her current position as Development Engineering Manager at Avangrid Renewables. Prior to this, she worked as a Sustainable Infrastructure Consultant at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and held multiple roles at DNV GL such as Consultant, Team Lead - Solar Energy Assessment, and Solar Engineer.

Her experience also includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Penn State University, as well as internships at Exelon, Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program (PennTAP), Cornerstone Environmental Group, LLC, The Daylight Savings Company, and being an Eco-Rep at Penn State University.
