Kelsey Fleming

Kelsey Fleming, a technology enthusiast and creative problem solver, has an extensive background in product management and development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on advertising, marketing, and management from Portland State University. Fleming has accomplished significant achievements, working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams in the hearing care, ENT, and allergy fields.

Fleming is passionate about making life more efficient for end-users with groundbreaking technologies, smart solutions, and cutting-edge designs. She believes in the power of face-to-face communication and uses data analytics and feedback to improve customer experiences. She started her career at Urban Outfitters as a Senior Sales person for Anthropologie and then worked as Sales for Boutique Blush. Later she joined Audigy Group, where she held various positions, such as Professional Development, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager before becoming the Director of Product Management.

During her nine-year tenure at Audigy Group, Fleming developed a deep understanding of clients' pain points and built innovative software products that addressed these challenges. She takes pride in inventing, designing, building, delivering, and supporting solutions that improve users' lives.
