Kelly Stewart

Kelly Stewart is a registered Patent Agent with extensive experience in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution. She is licensed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office specializing in a variety of technological fields.

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Kelly's expertise spans across electrical, computer, software, medical imaging, mechanical, and oil and gas technologies. She has over a decade of experience in prosecuting patent applications globally.

Kelly's ability to grasp new technologies swiftly enables her to develop comprehensive and innovative patent applications to optimize patent protection for her clients. She actively engages in various intellectual property groups and committees, holding leadership roles in the Toronto Intellectual Property Group and the Internet & Technology Committee for the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys playing hockey, golf, and squash.

Education: Kelly pursued her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an internship at the University of Calgary.
