Kelly Lytle is a seasoned professional in creating new business and revenue initiatives, excelling at conceiving, launching, and leading new ideas and teams. During Kelly's tenure at Findaway, they successfully spearheaded the creation, launch, or co-launch of four distinct business units, all achieving significant revenue within their first 15 months. Notably, Kelly was instrumental in the inception and launch of Findaway Voices, a pioneering service dedicated to helping authors create, market, and sell audiobooks. Subsequently, Kelly also established and launched Audioworks, a comprehensive audio production service catering to prominent publishers and media brands worldwide.

Beyond their professional endeavors, Kelly Lytle's passion for storytelling shines through. With a profound appreciation for the written and spoken word, Kelly actively engages in writing, producing audio stories, and mentoring youth in reading. Additionally, Kelly contributes to the community as a basketball and track coach, as well as a board advisory member for Cleveland's Intergenerational Schools.
