Kelly Kunik, a respected diabetes advocate and consultant, is making waves in the diabetes community with her unique approach to patient education. Kunik's journey with type 1 diabetes has only fueled her passion and commitment to educating others about the patient perspective through social media, language, and strategy. She is the creator of the popular blog Diabetesaliciousness, which has become a go-to resource for diabetes validation through humor, ownership, and advocacy.

Before focusing her efforts on diabetes education, Kunik worked as a sales rep and diabetes consultant and in marketing and community outreach. She also served as the audience coordinator for the PBS Cooking show "Christina Cooks - Live At Whole Foods."

Kunik holds a Bachelor of Science in Literature with a concentration in Communications from Stockton University.
