Kelly Jeanes

Kelly Jeanes is a seasoned People and Talent leader currently serving as the Head of People at Candid Health, a position she transitioned to in May 2024 after several months of consulting with the company. Prior to this role, she was the Vice President of People at Check from May 2022 to July 2023, where she played a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of human resources, including People Operations, Talent acquisition, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), and employee experience.134

During her tenure at Check, Jeanes was instrumental in scaling the company from 20 to 120 employees within a year, establishing effective People Operations processes, and creating the company's first DEI&B strategy. She also led initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development through regular training and the establishment of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).12

Before her time at Check, Jeanes held various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Snapdocs and Director of People & Talent at Grailed, where she contributed to significant projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee experience.13 Her expertise in fostering inclusive work environments and her commitment to employee feedback have been key elements of her leadership approach.
